Overlord Pro - Feeder Issues

I have been having issues with the feeder for my Overlord Pro ever since I moved. The feeder works fine, but I am unable to increase the tension of the feeder, so the filament is never pulled in. I have tried to take apart the module several times, and have made no progress. Is this block replaceable? 
 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. At this point, I am ready for a new printer if this can't be solved =/
