Is my alpha dead? No PWR led

No power red led/blue led turn on when the USB C power cable is attached. I've used several different power sources. The unit was working fine a few days ago. Anything I can try? I appreciate any suggestions that people have, this board was used gently and I have to say I'm really disappointed it won't turn on any more.
