HELP!!! Can't calibrate Analog EC Sensor PRO (K=1) in the serial monitor

HELP!!! Can't calibrate Analog EC Sensor PRO (K=1), there is no response when entering “C 1413” in the serial monitor.

EC is stuck at 1600s even though I am using 1413μs/cm electrical solution at 25°C
