HTTP Request Generation With HPS-3D160-U Area Array Lidar Based on Proximity

I'm working on a project with an HPS-3D160-U Area Array Lidar. I want to be able to generate an http request when someone walks in front of the sensor. I've figured out how to set an alarm based on the average depth within the field of view. I've also looked through the documentation and the various settings within the client app, but I don't see anything about generating an HTTP request. I know there is some code available for Linux that can get the raw depth data. Is there a way to do this on a Windows machine in a way that I can monitor the data and trigger an HTTP request?
