Weather Station ws3 board

I am looking for some help with the ws3 weather board and an esp32.
I have managed to get the board to send data from the anemometer and rain gauge to an Arduino. 
What I really want to do is send the data to a pc inside my house via espnow I have two esp32s talking to each other but I do not know how to connect the sending esp32 to the board and get the data to the receiving esp32 attached to my pc.
If anyone could help I would be very appreciative, thanks for reading I hope it makes sense
