SEN0232 basic questions

Hello,

I'm currently working on a project using the SEN0232, but I'd like to have a better understanding of the components and how the octave bands works.

Could someone explain to me which octaves are analyzed between 31,5 and 8,5 kHz.

Does the sound sensor is entirely analog, because the output is analog ?

plus, is there a logarithmic amplificator in the sensor to have a linear function between dBA and Volt in output ?
