SIM7000A GRPS/LTE Connectivity

I am trying to connect the SIM7000A board I received to the internet. I am using a 4G LTE card from Telus in Canada, I have configured the APN, checked the signal strength, and confirmed the SIM card is working. I have tried using AT+CGATT=1 but it gets stuck for a long time and doesn't connect.
