No port Detecting

Hi,
I am using Romeo BLE mini - Small Control Board for Robot - Arduino Compatible - Bluetooth 4.0.
I connect it with  computer and no port show up.
I also can't update firmware because i don't know what port it should be.
I am following these steps.
Press and hold the boot button down

Connect the USBTwo LED flash alternatelyDownload and decompression the Firmware in the Document section ( This is the Link )Load the firmware file (For Bluno or Bluno Nano, please use "SBL_BlunoV*.bin". For BLE-Link, please use "SBL_BLE-LinkV*.bin")Click the upload button and wait 2 minutes

There isn't any led flash. One thing i want to add. The CC2540 was cooked and i replaced it.
Now i need help to upload firmware or bootloader so it can work as usb as well as ble.
