Anemometer Kit 0-5V (IP65 grade) to ESP32 / ESP8266

I'm a newbie trying to learn from examples.
i got the Anemometer Kit 0-5V (IP65 grade), and want to read it's output, from 0V to 5V by the AD port from ES32 / ESP8266, but this port is limited to 3.3V.
What is the best way to have the input from 0V to 3.3V having the correct speed?
