AS7341 11-Channel Spectral Sensor

I have some questions about the AS7341 11-Channel Spectral Sensor(SEN0365). First, the description doesn't talk about how to get a subject into sight of the sensor. Exactly how does it need to be positioned? How far in front of the sensor? And what are the min & max depth limits for this position? What is the field of view of the sensor? How long does it take to get a reading? What type of lighting should you use to illuminate the subject? Would really be helpful if the sensor write-up provided more technical information about how one would actually use this sensor. Sounds like it could be an interesting sensor but only if we know exactly how to correctly use it. Appreciate any help anyone can provide. Thanks.
