Integrating Gravity Sensors into ESP-IDF Projects: Tips and Examples

Hello everyone! I intend to acquire the "Gravity: Analog Electrical Conductivity Sensor/Meter V2 (K=1)" and also the "Gravity: Analog pH Sensor/Meter Kit V2 (Arduino & Raspberry Pi & micro:bit Compatible)" for my project. However, I need to integrate these devices programmatically using the Esp-IDF. I would like to know firstly if it is possible to perform this procedure, and if so, I would appreciate it if someone could help me with tips and examples so that I can study more and decide if these are the best choices.
