Gravity Analog Sound Level Meter Decibel Value Wrong

Hello.

I am using your Gravity: Analog Sound Level Meter for a project. When the registered decibel value is above 80 for 4 consecutive minutes, a relocation message will appear. However, the decibel value is not registering as above 50 even when it is nearing 80dB as checked with an outside device. Why is this?
