SIM7000 not working with AT commands

Hello there! I am currently trying to get a SIM7000A to send an SMS message to my phone. However, upon using the AT Test sample code from the DFRobot_SIM7000 library, I noticed that my SIM7000 does not return any AT commands. However, the SIM7000 does say that my SIM card works.

Additionally, I keep getting a “Fail to Attach service” error.
