Facing problem with DFRobot Gravity: Active Isolated RS485 to UART Signal Adapter Module

Currently, I am using the DFRobot Gravity: Active Isolated RS485 to UART Signal Adapter Module that supports 3.3V/5V Logic Level. I am using this module teensy 4.1 https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/techspecs.html for BMS data acquisition and this teensy board supports 3.3V logic Level. Still, when I use this module with the NANO_ESP32 module which is also 3.3V logic level, I am not getting any data, only the TX LED is blinking according to my delay time. Please someone help me with this. aWhat could be the possible reason for this?

I follow this one also but there are no useful results I get.
