I did try to manually turn the right motor by hand and it worked once but has not worked again since. I am sending the code and a video to customer service and I hope to resolve it

This could be a faulty motor, and customer service will usually provide you with after-sales service.

Can you rotate the wheel by hand to see if the motor is stuck?
If there is no problem with the code you can request an aftermarket application from the customer service of the channel where you purchased it.
