Hello. I have a problem to drive DC micromotor

If i use a laboratory stabilized power supply like this in photo, the motor is correctly driven.

But if i use the USB power supply or a 3.7V lipo battery, the moteur doesn't works.

The led shine faintly and the motors makes a little electric noise.

I buy the motot on aliexpress. it is the 720 model

Tension: DC3.7V

Courant: 0.1A

Vitesse: 45000 RPM

Poids: 3g

Durée de vie: 15000 heures

Is someone can help me?

This looks like a battery issue, are you able to power it with an AA battery pack? Because the 3.7V Lipo is very close to the 3.5V minimum.
Also the battery will cause a voltage drop for the motor driver chip.

Typically, 3 AA batteries outputting 4.5V is able to make the whole system work.
