Thank you for staying at the DFRobot Forum.

The Forum, as an important part of the open-source hardware community, provides a platform for developers, content creators, makers, and educators to discuss technology. In order to better help you integrate into the DFRobot maker community and the Forum, please read the following content.

Our technical support team provides technical support for DFRobot customers and official DFRobot distributor customers. Replies in the forum may take several working days. When you raise a new topic in the forum, other DFRobot users may suggest solutions to your topic.

If you encounter difficulties in using any DFRobot product, or want to choose the most suitable DFRobot product, please click "New Topic" to create a new post in this forum.

Here are some tips to help you create a new topic:

1. Before posting, you can search for your product SKU (usually consisting of three letters + four digits, such as "SEN0305") in the Forum. You will able to find the SKU in the product page. Perhaps there have been users who have encountered the same problem as you and solved it.

2. After clicking "New Topic", please select the Tag of your new topic in the Tags on the left. If you are using any controller/board, please also mark it in the Tag.

3. Please include the SKU of the product you want to ask about in the Topic title.

4. If you are unsure of the SKU of the product you purchased, please post clear photos of the front and back of the PCB. Especially the silk screen marked on it.

5. For sample code compilation issues, please post the full text of the IDE error message and detail your controller/board model. If you did not use the sample code in the wiki, please try the sample code for the product again.

6. If your controller reports that it cannot find the sensor normally, please post photos of your wire diagram when you create the new topic.

7. If you encounter problems with the code, please attach your complete code file when posting a new topic.

8. Any details you have faced in trying to solve the problem are meaningful. If possible, please describe in detail the attempts you have made during the problem troubleshooting process. This will greatly help us find the point of the problem.

9. If your Forum post is not replied to in time, please send the Forum link to [email protected]. We will deal with it as soon as possible.
