How to get analog signal

I have the MicroWave Sensor SKU: SEN0192 and I want to use it to detect only humans but unfortunately, the sensor gives me a digital signal and I want analog so that I can determine the reflected wave for human
any suggestion on how or do you have any other microwave sensor that can give us analog?
