Display for LattePanda V1 question

Hi all,

I have a spare 7" 1024 x 600 IPS Display for LattePanda V1 unused.

Is it possible to use it with an arduino board through a shield?  does such a shield exist?

This shield should not exist, one is an SBC and the other is an MCU. these two controllers are too different.
