Quad driver DRI 0039

Hi 

i have a quad driver of DF Robot and have some Issues.

If i connect 12 V to PWR must the red led goes on?

Can I use the Power output GND and 5 Volt to power my MCU ? I use an ESP 32.

In the description the power JST is an output.

Can somebody submit a complete describtion of the board?
