Pneumatic actuator

I have a project that requires an 3 inch square plate to rotate 90 degrees.  Currently, I am using a solenoid and a 3d printed rack and pinion.  It works but I would like to investigate air powered actuators, can anyone point me to a beginner guide/tutorial to get me started?  Thanks.
