TEL0150 doesn't respond to serial comands thrue usb-c

I have bought TEL0150 from TME and tried to connect it with usb-c to pc (tried multiple cables), in device manager port shows connected and in serial assistant I can open communication, but when i send commands h or h\r I dont get any response. What should i do to get it working? Do I need some custom drivers for this board or i have to load new firmware on it?
