Xia mi Multi-functional Expansion Board for BBC + Mind+ and HC-SR04 ultrasonic

Hello, I am using Xia mi Multi-functional Expansion Board for BBC and Mind+ when I want to measure the distance with ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 on the serial monitor I get numbers like 112345023, 102334754 and so on. Where could the problem be?
