TEL0168 trying to configure as an ibeacon device

Hello all,

I'm trying to configure and burn the TEL0168 beacon as an ibeacon configuration. I get the following error when I try to burn the configuration. When I select run in ram I don't see this error. I've attached a PDF of screen captures of the configuration I'm trying to use. I've also attached the saved configuration file that I've renamed from .cfg to .txt. Any help would be appreciated.
