Firefighting Robot | Maqueen Plus V2

Hello, I need a help. I am trying with my students to create the fire truck with Firefighting Robot | Maqueen Plus V2. We are following all the instructions you mentioned, but the servo is not working. Can you help us because we are starting to get frustrated that we won't make it? We have the EF92A servo, are you saying this matters? Thank you
