DFRobot Gravity Voice Recognition Module command issue

Hello,

I am using DFRobot Voice recognition module with ESP32.

I have connected the following pins

ESP32              DFRobot Voice module

3.3V         →       Vcc

GND         →       GND

D21          →        D/T

D22          →        C/R

I was able to program the wake up word and also the command word. But now after programming I dont receive any command id , i always receive command id as 0. Even with default commands i dont receive any command id.

Even if i try to delete the commands and wake up word , i say “I want to delete” but nothing happens and I am unable to delete the commands also.

How do i proceed?
