LattePanda 3 Delta 3D Model issues

I got a 3 Delta for a cyberdeck and it's really cool. My issue is that the 3d model is somehow invalid. It won't open in any software. I don't know what to do other than get some calipers and make my own but I don't exactly want to do that.
