LattePanda Mu with 11.6 Inch touch screen - touchscreen problems

I'm having problems getting the touch screen to work properly. When you touch the screen, the input is approximately 3 inches to the right and 1 inch down. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the driver, calibrating, new cables, and 2 screens/2 ribbon cables. 

Is there anything I'm missing or that I should try next?
