scp stalled

I've enabled password-less ssh connection to UNIHIKER. It works! But scp keeps reporting stalled intermittently. Are there any known challenges in transferring files between desktop client and UNIHIKER using scp? Here is the last status display stuck at 21% transfer:

I do not have any network issues that I can think of, since ping reports 100% success rate.

It is a very small file that is less than 100K in size.

There are no resource limitations on the desktop client, but I do not know what to check on the UNIHIKER which has the standard welcome screen (Long press HOME button …)

There are files on UNIHIKER saved via Jupyter in the destination folder.

Any workaround clues? Thanks.

rsync is not supported on UNIHIKER to pull in the target file
