Connection between Micro Bit and Maqueen Plus V1

I am writing to you today because I am experiencing an issue with my micro:bit and Maqueen Plus V1. The micro:bit is not recognizing the Maqueen Plus V1, even though I have followed the troubleshooting steps on GitHub and the DFRobot Wiki.

I have already:

•Updated the micro:bit firmware to the latest version•Double-checked that all cables are securely connected

Despite these efforts, the micro:bit still does not detect the Maqueen Plus V1.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if there are any further steps I can take or if there is a known compatibility issue between these two devices.
