How to connect DFR0471 32x16 RGB LED matrix to Arduino

All:

I am trying to connect this board to an Arduino UNO.  Looking at the connection diagram and comparing it to the ribbon cable, I'm beginning to wonder if the color coding is wrong.  

Can anyone assign Arduino pin numbers for me from the top of the ribbon cable to the bottom?  Or tell if they shipped the wrong cable?  The colors don't seem to line up with the connection diagram in the Wiki.
