2) the voice recognition module has port uart/i2c. is it possible to use the module standalone, to control ws2811 leds strip, by reprogramming those pins? is it there some example on pin reprogramming?

2. No, an external MCU is required for this. Specifically one with PWM-capable GPIO pins.
