SEN0600 RS485 - Datasheet and Calibration

Hello there,

have  someone a good data-sheet  about the the SEN0600? The wiki about that sensor is really pour. Any suggestion about the calibration? I read on the wiki:

    <<0050H  40081 (decimal)  Temperature calibration value  Read and write  Integer (expanded 10 times)>>

What does it means "Integer (expanded 10 times)"?
