Solenoid Lock Not Working with ESP32 Fire Beetle version

I am using solenoid lock with esp 32 firebeetle version.

i have checked the connection it is right and in working condition, my code is just the testing of the lock, it is printing when locking and unlocking, but the solenoid is not toggling on the command given from theboard.

i am confused now, is the code not right or is the relay not receiving the signal from the board?
