NFC Board can't read Smartwatch with ISO 14443-3A

Hi,

i bought this board from Amazon

I downloaded the library for Arduino and i'm able to read the NFC card and also other NFC chip.

Now i need to read an NFC tag insiede a Smartwatch with this characteristics retrieve with NFC Tools, how can i do that?

I tryed to detect it with the board but nothing appear.
