Analog: Gravity Dissolved Oxygen sensor

We have purchased a new Gravity Dissolved Oxygen Sensor Kit(SEN 0237-A), We are able to read the proper readings, but we need to integrate that sensor with another Microcontroller(Atmel SAMG55).
So from the Arduino code we are using pgm_read_float_near this function to calculate the DO value, but in our micro -controller we are not able to write that functionality.
Please let Us know is there any way to convert the mv output from the sensor to the actual DO value.
