IkeaGen 2024-10-31 17:14:06 377 Views3 Replies Hello, when I connect the logger via USB, it gives me this error: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. When I connect the SD card on its own, it's empty. This is after following the steps of first start several times.

I had a similar problem, but the USB port itself did not work correctly

If you're able to access the SD card on your computer, try running a check for file system errors. On Windows, you can right-click on the SD card in "This PC," select "Properties," then go to the "Tools" tab and click on "Check" under Error Checking.
