Ultrasonic Ranging sensor (SKU:SEN0591) not sending back data

I'm using the ultrasonic ranging sensor (3m) (SKU:SEN0591) for a project currently. After setting everything up per the directions, burning the sample code given, and setting baud rate to 115200 this is the only thing written to the serial monitor. I have tried to intercept the raw data before it goes through the CNC test, but the sensor seems to not be sending data back whatsoever.

Serial monitor only comes back with "▯▯▯▯▯⸮6" when the code sends the COM array to the sensor
