Proposed new User's Manual for SEN0366 Laser Rangefinder

I have written a new User's Manual for the SEN0366 Laser Rangefinder. It is in a very preliminary form, so it is missing a lot of information. The missing information should have been supplied in the official documentation.

Please offer any comments, corrections, or additions. This is a community works.
