IR remote control

Hi there! I' trying to make a ir remote controlled car with Microbit. I use dc motors, a df driver and a ky-032 sensor. I tried many extensions with makecode, but no result. The wiring seems ok, the sensor receives signal from the remote control, but the motors don't run. Only in one case the motors started, by pressing a random button of the remote. Any ideas?
