Displaing the SEN0311 output

I need to display the distance value ( in mm or cm or inches or other) of the SEN0311 ultra sonic sensor on a seven segment display (four or five characters).

 I can use an Arduino with separate displays or any other platform. I would also need the software program and interconnection diagram as well as a parts list. The more detail the information can be would be most helpful as I am a very new to this issue. Thanks.
