7" TFT DSI capacitive Tiuch Screen Display V1.0 - DFR0678

Hi all together, can anybody advise me how to check without connecting to Raspberry whether the DFR0678 is functional?  I do not know whether the display driver/ interface of Raspberry board is destroyed or whether the mistake is on DFR0678 side. Thanks for any recommendations and advice.Rgds B.
