IR Thermometer Sensor has data reversed on SCI DAQ

I have an IR Thermometer Sensor plugged into a Gravity SCI DAQ and the readings are showing up on the screen, but the Ambient and Object readings are reversed.  Putting my finger over the opening of the IR sensor increases the temperature that shows up on the Gravity SCI DAQ screen labeled as Temp-Amb. How can I correct the labeling for the data?
