Romeo BLE not connecting via bluetooth

I recently purchased a Romeo BLE. We built a simple robot on wheels and uploaded the code without issue. Yesterday the robot connected via Bluetooth fine and it worked great. Today, the board won't reliably connect via Bluetooth using goble on ios. The connectivity will last for a few seconds then shut down, this will switch back and forth multiple times in the span of a minute. Any suggestions? Could something have been damaged? It only sat on a shelf all night.
