Gravity SEN0539-EN module

Hello everybody …
I am new on this forum and wanna use the speech recognition Gravity SEN0539-EN module in speaker independent mode, only with the built-in commands, but not together with the "usual" boards, i.e. my board is a homebrew ATMega162 system programmed in Mikropascal and connected via USART.
1) Can I bypass the wake-up procedure or at least activate the module permanently, without need of repeating the activation command periodically ?
2) What is the detailled communication protocol ? Which command (hex) starts the recognition, or is the module listening permanently ? And what is the response after a successful recognition ? What happens if the user says a command not included in the vocabulary, is there an adjustable "threshold" ?
3) Can I switch the spoken answers off, if needed ?
