SEN0205 Splashproofness for HIGH/LOW Readings

I am creating a sort of dishwasher with spray nozzles. I want to have a water level sensor in the appliance just in case the drain is blocked and fills with water past a certain point.

Is SEN0205 able to deal with water splashing on it for its signals for HIGH/LOW or will it give fault positives?
