TEL0150 baud rate changing

Hi, I have CAN to UART/USB converter TEL0150. I have to change baud rate for UART and CAN and i can't find clear information how to do it. I checked WIKI description and i see it is possible in SSCOM software, where can i download this? Do you know different way to change baud rates?
