When is it possible to get the NAS carrier borad for it? i can't seem to find it here yet.

Agree with this. Considering the flexibility of the compute module, a carrier board specifically designed for a NAS use case would be a killer feature.
Having both SATA and M.2 connectors could be useful and it could really stand up against other available options.

I am planing on using it as a platform for a machine learning algorithm with it being conected to a speed sensor, gyro, acelerometer, camera, temperature sensor, gps and maps of roads. Main goal for it is being able to predict the maximum speed for a corner on a motorcycle, and take the curent speed and predict what lean angle would be required for that corner and it would also take in acount of wetnes on the road tire temp etc.
