Only 1 of the USB 3.0 ports is working. The rest of the ports 3.0 and 2.0 are not, even though they are enabled in the BIOS. M.2 E is also doing the same thing. Am I missing something simple or is there an issue with the board?

Sorry, we do not have the stp file of the carrier board. We only have the STP file of the MU for your reference.

Will there be a suitable case for the Lite Carrier? Ideally one where the carrier module and a cooler also fit?

We don't have data on this one. When you use the Lite carrier board, we strongly recommend 12V@10A or higher power supply, as the MU power consumption may be greater than 10A.
If the current is not satisfied it may cause the MU to shut down abnormally.
