Automating DFROBOT RLY-8 using python

Hello,

   I was using the DFROBOT RLY-8 model, which has both Ethernet and USB. I need to automate this device using python, but while trying to connect that device through USB RS485/RS232 serial, I can't able to connect. Also about the ethernet, I am using that module with direct PC connection with suggested IP address configuration, even though that device is not listing in your GUI.

Please respond and support me behalf of my query.
